Aftersales Follow-Up Message #

Anda boleh hantarkan Follow Up notification untuk customer yang berstatus Completed Order. Boleh refer step berikut di bawah:
- Klik After-sale Follow-Up Message di menu Notification.
- Edit Custom Message Follow-Up.
- Fungsi Send After → tempoh masa untuk follow up selepas status order menjadi Complete.

Cart Abandon Follow-Up Message #

Anda boleh hantarkan notification kepada customer anda yang tidak berjaya untuk membuat pembelian order di website. Boleh refer step berikut di bawah :
- Klik Cart Abandon Follow-Up Message di menu Notification.
- Klik Woo Cart Abandonment Recovery link plugin untuk direct ke page plugin.
- Install dan Activate Plugin WooCommerce Cart Abandonment Recovery.
- Kembali ke Menu Notification, pada Cart Abandon Integration pilih supported Plugin yang telah diaktifkan.
- Edit Custom Message Cart Abandon Notification.
- Fungsi Send After → tempoh masa untuk hantar notification apabila status order tidak berjaya dibuat.

Payment Failed Follow-Up Message #
#
Selain daripada Cart Abandon, anda juga boleh hantarkan follow-up kepada pelanggan yang gagal membuat pembayaran ketika di checkout. Boleh refer step berikut di bawah :
- Klik Menu Notification Message.
- Pilih Order Failed Custom Message & Order Cancelled Custom Message.
- Edit Custom message bagi status yang dipilih.
